Artist Management

Dave Kress is a music business professional, drummer, singer, and artist manager with over two decades of experience navigating both the creative and operational sides of the industry. From early victories in Battle of the Bands competitions that led to his first studio recordings, to touring with international acts and guiding projects through recording, promotion, and live performance, David has built a career grounded in both artistry and strategy.

Dave is here to help developing artists get organized, stay inspired, and build honest, sustainable careers through trust, communication, and real investment in their growth. A vision is to help artists make smart moves, protect what makes them unique, and build something real without losing who they are creatively. The values behind that are honesty, integrity, reliability, and accountability.

Drawing on his extensive background in quality assurance and technology, David brings a unique edge to the music business: precision, problem-solving, and a systems-based approach to managing talent and productions. He has collaborated across genres, worked in high-pressure live environments, and developed a reputation for being both detail-oriented and artist-centered.

Currently, Dave is pursuing formal training at Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA) in the field of Music Business, sharpening his expertise in artist management, publishing, and the evolving digital music economy. His goal is to bridge the gap between creativity and commerce—helping artists grow their careers while ensuring the business side is managed with integrity and foresight.

With a relentless work ethic, deep industry knowledge, and a lifelong passion for music, David is committed to building sustainable careers for artists in an ever-changing landscape.
