A City Apart

A City Apart was originally a solo-artist project. The songwriter decided to start a full band in 2012. The band never fully gelled, but due to interchanging musicians, Dave spent a year co-writing some songs and had a lot of fun working with the music. He was also able to get the chance to work with acclaimed producer Jim Wirt out of Cleveland, Ohio. ACA spent a year writing, but they had a blast when they finally took the trek up to Scooby Doo Ghost Town.
Cornered was recorded, mixed, mastered, and produced by Dave Kress for A City Apart. He also plays drums, of course!
The remainder of the songs are unmastered tracks by producer Jim Wirt at Crushtone Studios from the January 2013 session in Cleveland, Ohio.
